Description
St. Kitts General Tour:
2-2.5 hours
After your pick up at your hotel or Port Zante cruise ship port your tour travels through the historical town of Basseterre where you will see a replication of Piccadilly in Great Britain in the Circus Clock in the old Market Square before seeing Saint John’s Cathedral, Queen Victoria Monument, Government Headquarters, Fort Thomas Point, and other churches. We include the best roads to maximize the geographical beauty of this volcanic island’s coast overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We make several stops to take photographs of the Green Monkeys when visible, along with the permanent remnants of the historical railroad tracks from the sugar era, batik manufacturing techniques and Brimstone Hill Fortress. As we head west to familiarize you with the lay of the land we will cover Timothy Hill, Romney Manor, and Frigate Bay in the locations of more forests and natural topography. We always provide optional time to swim and shopping can be done at the port of entry. All of this including an extremely comprehensible well read tour guide who can answer all your questions.
Morning Tour
8:00 A.M. (on this tour schedule you can go back home to the cruise ship or hotel or, swim (optional) from 10:00-12:30 P.M.+/- have some lunch time and be back to your ship or locale by 1:00 – 1:30 P.M.)
Afternoon Tour
12:00 P.M. (on this tour schedule you can swim (optional) from 2:30 +/- have a late swim until 3:30 and be back to your ship or locale by 4:00 PM.
